Refund Policy Terms

In order for a refund to be approved, the purchaser has a fifteen (15) day cancellation period from the date of delivery. The goods must be returned, via UPS only, to the shipper’s address. The customer will qualify for a refund only if goods are returned unused and in their original condition. Goods must be returned in their entirety with their complete and intact original packaging, including the original invoice, and in perfect condition for resale. Due to hygiene standards, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for swimsuit bottoms returned without the protective strip. There are no refunds for goods sold on promotion or liquidation. There are no refunds for damaged goods or for those returned in damaged original packaging (other than damage caused by opening). The purchaser will assume all costs for the return of the goods. If the returned goods do not comply with these terms, the purchaser will be charged for reshipping costs.
